Spiritual Direction
Spiritual Direction is an invitation to step outside your busy schedule and daily routines and allow yourself time to tune into the deeper rhythms of your spirit and reconnect with things that make you come alive.
People use Spiritual Direction in a variety of ways. Many people appreciate setting aside time for sacred contemplation. Some use Spiritual Direction to cultivate their capacity for kindness and generosity in the world. Others want to deepen their relationship to spirit through their connection to nature.
What Spiritual Direction is—
- Intentional time, set apart for curiosity and reflection
- A sacred and safe space to explore your spiritual life
- Time to slow down and reflect on your life and deepest intentions
- A place to invite aliveness, renewal, and the unfolding of your truth
If you feel like you are missing out on something important, then chances are you’re feeling the need to nourish your spirit.
I approach Spiritual Direction in a way that allows you to make your own discoveries in your own time. My goal is to help you ask the questions that illuminate your connections and pathways to your spiritual life.
What Spiritual Direction isn’t—
- Psychotherapy
- A process with a set goal or evangelizing
- A new age, hipster gimmick (Spiritual Direction is, in fact, an ancient practice found in many traditions)
"Cambria has helped me in many ways since we began working together. She is an impeccable listener! Working with her sheds light on what is dwelling below the surface of my mind and helps me to find the pathway forward…to a place where my spirit can find a peace within itself. This is a great treasure. She is kind, compassionate, steadfast and spirited! Her suggestions gently nudge me toward seeking healthier inner landscapes, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to you."
